Re: Captain Cold Great job, and started with an excellent base pic to represent a femme form of this character!
A word of advice about textures: give them form. Use the liquify filter and create a specific wirefram to distort the texture a little (only if you use Photoshop 7.0...) And you could fade the texture a little in some areas of the form, to add to the illusion. Just a couple thoughts. I like this a lot.
