I see Bizarro has been to a dermatologist or gemologist to have that complexion cleared up. If you are using photoshop, I would have used the "Texturizer" filter to give the face a more rock like look.

A good beginning.

It isn't bad. But just flipping the logo and desaturating his face does not make a Bizarro. I would have liked to have seen a lot more work done on his face and hair to make him look messed up. I know you didn't... but it looks like you just flipped the image and made him grey. So kudos on making the insignia look good!

I think it is pretty good but Bizzaro is more than just white skin. In my opinion you have a good start here but it is not quite right.
