She looks more like Super-slut, than a Super-Girl. She's 15, not a 'barely legal 18'.
I like the boots and cape, and the texture.
Also, I would recommend using a custom paintbrush for the clouds; they look a little watery, almost like they're just a few filters thrown together, with a plastic wrap filter on top.

Re: SuperGirl, I know I know AGAIN??? Very nice! I really like the highlights on the gold trim, and the textue on her top. The cape looks pretty good, though the area you can see between her legs looks much shorter than the rest of it, and we should be able to see a little of where it attatches to the collar. A couple of other things - it doesn't seem like the pleats in her skirt should have wrinkles going across them. Maybe if she were sitting, but not if it's just hanging like that. And unless she's been vacuum-sealed into her top, there should be some fabric stretched between her boobies. This would also make the shield look more natural. But all in all a very nice Supergirl pic.
