i've had this base for a while and that other pic of nova was the push i needed to do something with it.
the only thing i can't seem to work out is getting the starry reflections on the body, right now  it just looks like gold paint.  if any one has any ideas please let me know.

The stary reflections should go in the darker areas of the figure. Since space is black a reflective surface would reflect black.
The fire effects are great. good job.

great minds think alike. i've been wanting to do nova ever since we had that human torch run of pics a while back. still trying some different fire methods as well.
