Re: The Guardians of Future City part 2 two more members of the guardians, Overload and Razor.
OVERLOAD A young man with a short fuse, Overload is a living electrical battery capable of discharging powerful lightning bolts from his hands and eyes, flight, and a vast array of other electrical powers. he can change his body into electricity and move through power lines and even the smallest of wires, traversing great distances very quickly. Overload's costume, designed by Wraith, is constructed of a special "hyperconductive" material that is able to change into electricity and back as his body does.
RAZOR An energy being from another dimension, Razor was "discovered" by Wraith during one of his many experiments in dimensional travel. when the being who would take the name Razor became trapped in this dimension, he and Wraith worked together to design and construct the containment suit that now houses Razor's energy. the suit helps him maintain a humanoid appearance, which he finds makes it easier to relate to humans on this plane. the assembly on his wrist allows him to "focus" part of himself into an exremely powerful energy blade that can cut through almost anything. Razor sizzles and pops almost constantly, and naked touch can be either harmless or extremely damaging depending on his wishes. he can alter his density and become intangible, turn invisible, teleport, plus a vast array of sensory powers such as multi-spectrum vision, radio hearing, and others. on at least one occasion he was witnessed growing to a height of over 40 feet. Razor is probably Wraith's closest friend. Razor is Wraith's eyes in the field, the one team member that helps him make decisions. Razor has been known at times to be a ruthless killer, mainly simply because it slips his mind from time to time that killing is frowned upon by most humans.
