Student Arno Olsen, fed up with the world's corrupt and political ways, decides to become a superhero to save mankind. He has an "accident" involving a potion in his school laboratory, granting him super powers. He is then given a superhero license by the superhero license office in Copenhagen, and begins to fight crime as Dukse Drengen
His main enemy is the money worshipping Count Scroogeness.
I tried to find out who created this charater but the only thing I could find was that his debut was on a parody TV show before gaining his own comic from the danish Cool Comics.

To think that Denmark could ever be in trouble from a super villain or power, but then again it was a parody strip! Great series and well found.
