Finally got to see Spiderman 3 and liked the black suit so much I wanted to do a drawing of it. Not sure if I like how this turned out or not. Cheated on the background by just finding a photo of buildings on the net. Funny thing is that its a photo of Bangkok.

May as well add SPIDEY TIME! here to get in on that event.

They are right, the head seems a little off, floaty they called it.

The background may work a little better if you worked it a little bit. Some filters, and layer properties should do it up... Spidey's heads a bit floaty, but the anatomy, and pose work nicely.
