Found this doing a random search one day at work. Couple hours later, not all at once few days inbetween while... well working :). Don't have time at home to do anything, so I get breaks at work and use my time for things. Wanted to give this some color, and I really liked the picture.

Amazing. Easily top 10 material. I just wish I could figure out how to do textures when coloring a drawing.

Added the background for the Pic. It was a random google search for a 3d city, then added the PS effects and coloring

Love those highlights! The skin is beautiful. Great use of texture on the clothing. Did you add the background or was it part of the piece?
