The Fool II: Sarah O'Hara was a former junior Olympic gymnast who trained for the Olympics until she was injured during a training exercise.
While recuperating in the hospital she read a LIFE magazine article about the golden-Age team Freedom's Fury. When she found out she had the same last name as the Fool she became obsessed with reading and learning everything about her eventually meeting her idol, Michelle O'Hara, The Fool. They became inseparable and Michelle would regale Sarah with stories of her adventures. One day when Sarah was at the library the mysterious crime lord the Guess attacked Michelle in revenge for their battles during the golden age. When Sarah found her Michelle was dying, with her last breath Michelle told Sarah she made her the sole beneficiary of her will. After the funeral and months of training Sarah put on the Fool's costume and went after the Guess to bring him to justice thus re-igniting the decades old war between the Guess and the Fool.
Powers and abilities: The Fool II is very agile, and strong for her size. She is a talented hand-to-hand combatant but relies mostly on her weapons. She likes to play psychological games on her opponents in order to gain an edge. Because her methods are so bizarre she there are many in the super hero community who don't trust her and refuse to work with her.
Weapons: The Fool II has access to all of the original weapons of the Fool.

interesting if not totally original concept. very colorful, but is it me or does she almost exude evil? maybe it's the wicked grin.

I like the Idea and the costume can easily be put into 3D. I Have a Question. If she was around during world war 2, what happened to kep her youth? I mean Captain America was frozen

AFTER THE WAR SHE EVENTUALLY BECAME ONE OF THE COUNTRY’S FIRST FEMALE
POLICE OFFICERS.
POWERS AND ABILITIES: THE FOOL IS A FAIR HAND-TO-HAND COMBATANT. SHE IS
ALSO VERY AGILE ABLE TO PERFORM A SERIES OF FLIPS WITH LITTLE OR NO EFFORT.
THE FOOL ALSO HAS EXCELLENT DEDUCTIVE ABILITIES ABLE TO FIND CLUES EVEN
TRAINED POLICE OFFICERS MIGHT MISS.
