She isn't being torn apart, it's individual close-ups of various parts of her body undergoing the transformation...sort of like seperate panels with out the boxes. The ripping and shredding sound effects are for her clothing being torn.

Unusual change. I have never seen a person torn apart when they change to a werewolf.
