There's a piece at C2F,buried under like, 40 pages of stuff, that sort of expands on this idea. It's not very good, but it's was an early draft, I think.

Oh, and PA1911's right about everyone, and the Ventriloquist is merged with the Tinkerer. I call him Tinkertoy. And I have way too much time on my hands.
