Re: Mister J's Birthday Present I always do pin ups, I like them too...but my problem is that I can't create the poses, and you can!

Re: Mister J's Birthday Present Peter Cotton, This pic is AWESOME! I am blown away by the speed and skill with which you create these masterpieces! I would love to see a similar one involving Black Canary, Ten & Queen of the Royal Flush Gang and I can die a happy man! Desslar

Re: Mister J's Birthday Present When doing art for yourself, you put something of yourself into each piece. You tend to take it all the way. When doing art to please others, the art will suffer due to a possible lack of interest.
That was something told to me a long long time ago. And whenever I've requested something I've always said "You're the artist, have a ball." because I don't want to create any limitations that could hinder a great piece.
Do what you enjoy. Piss on the rest.

Re: Mister J's Birthday Present pinups are nice.but when you keep doing the same thing over and over ..it gets boring and you need to work on your face morphs..they all look the same...and if you want to be a one trick pony and not try to do different themes and try different stlyes then ...fine..but after awhile people will start to get bored with your work and they'll stop caring

Re: Mister J's Birthday Present What's wrong with pin-ups??? Alberto Vargas and George Petty made a darn fine living from them. I really like your work! I really like this work! If you aren't working to please yourself your talent will wilt, and you'll end up with a portfolio that you care little for and that's be a dead shame. I know.

Re: Mister J's Birthday Present Wow, another winner, Peter! I especially like Batgirl's expression and the tattoo on Ivy's face. Who said you should do stuff for others and not for yourself? Tell me, I'll ban him... 10 from me, BB

Re: Mister J's Birthday Present Very nice PC. But from the look of things I think Pamela is the one that wants the present.

Re: Mister J's Birthday Present Dude this is awesome, I love your pin-ups. If that is what you are known for, so be it. I like the way that you made it a poloroid. Harley's costume is perfect in my eyes, but I think Ivy's pantyhose should have a leafy pattern look to it. Other than that I don't see anything that it needs....Other than me in the picture surrounded by them. I am even starting to like your A3 that you use. Once aggain anohter great piece from you. A 10 from me on this one
