She is Sitra Ahra (aka Israelien-2), Israel's answer to Supergirl (though her powers are more similar to those of the Mar-Vells), and she's been hired by Lady H to keep the high-powers (particularly Black Adam) from causing too much damage in this contest.

OK, nicely done group of pictures, I think they look great.

But who is this woman and why is she attacking Black Adam? Did I miss something?
