This is Frank, Frank hates criminals. He hates them so much that he has made it his life's mission to hunt them down and exterminate them like rats. I would have Frank say "Hi" but he is a little occupied right now, lets leave him alone for a while and try back later.
The base character texture and morph's for the above is a M4 character available soon at the Heromorph Download Central aptly named Frank. The punisher texture was converted from a M3 set using Texture Converter 2 and added to good ole Frank. If you don't have it don't walk, RUN out and get it before Frank pays you a visit!

I didn't get the name Frank when I first saw Hawk's morphs but this pic makes it all so clear! I keep looking at my monitor from a side angle but I just can't seem to get away from his sights! Good job, MC!

Funny, when I first saw Hawks work on "Frank" I thought he would make a great Punisher.
