Frustrated by the inattention from Jr's office (see "Shulkie Alone" in the Members Gallery), She-Hulk slips back into her gown and back on stage to give another performance--this time a la Jessica Rabbit--for Messrs Wolf, WH, Tartan, Hazard, dockellis, and  those that appreciate.  (Inspired in part by MC's Songbird).

I believe the microphone was a Shure (or Shure knock-off) used from the 1930's to about 1960.? I played in a band that used a used one. So is this a retro comic series?

I could have sworn that I commented on this one before... Anyways

This is my favorite of the series. Very sexy and evocative.

I COMPLETELY disagree w/ Thane: cheekbones are O.K. - they just need to be moved one pixel to the left. Seriously - best yet! Great expression & lips; outstanding Lame texture; perfect mirrors; best hair yet; great opera gloves. Haven't seen the white bikini pic before, but great 1/2 face and nice underwire... )

 Re: Shulkie Chanteuse
My only nitpick is that I would've gone with a lil less linework on the cheekbone

Sweet Merciful Jesus, is she HOT! The pose, the lighting, the expression and the coloring all work well in this image. I'd have to say this is one of your finest works.

I looked up Julie London in an image search. I have to admit the resemblance is quite striking. Does anyone know who Jessica Rabbit was modeled after, if not the late Ms. London?

This simply stops you in your tracks as the engaging details abound. Ahhh, the Muse. Gotta say you always seems to have that fresh theme or idea(identity theft, standup, lounge diva) for the character (BG, Harley, Shulkie)that you mine in unforseen ways that are so fascinating. Wow !!! Can't say enough. Rock On!!

 Re: Shulkie Chanteuse
DUDE...O-M-Freaking'-G...how on earth do you keep outdoin' yerself?

The way the floor reflects the bright streak on the inside of Her dress...the way you show Her feet fitting into those hi-heels that She's wearing....the other pictures as 'background material'( I don't remember the white bikini, though; gotta find it )...the way you have the spotlight giving Her a 'halo' (interesting use of light, there )...that old-style michrophone ( late 1950's, I believe )...WOW!

The whole picture reminds me of some shots of Julie London, taken during the height of Her singing career; about 1955--1957. It's got the look of the 'low-tempo, simmering jazz performance' so popular during the late 40's through to about 1965.

Keep it up, guy...we here at Heromorph are really appreciative of this material!!!

Holy Mother!
Ladies? Gentlemen? Mr. Co_04, although the owner of a weird nickname, offered you the chance to admire a piece of art.
He did this for love and not money.
I shake his hand.
