Re: Salon des Refuses: April Does Television You always so funny. Maybe next April shows up to a PSA shooting in the next studio with a hypno-puppet and zaps Batgirl, Wonder Woman etc. . . who divulge secret identity, weaknesses, etc. . . . as the cameras roll. A madcap episode to follow over what happens to the now extremely valuable tape. You Rock!!

Re: Salon des Refuses: April Does Television Interesting bit of trivia, Ms. Vee. But, do you you have your very own Retro Freeze refrigerator?
You also asked, "Nice abs (has she been working out since last we saw her?)". As I am developing this character design, I tried to make Ms. Fewells abdominal characterstics similar. You may see this evidence with the tortoise-bunny pic, as well as the Jr puppet pic, Charlie Horse, etc. The real difficult part is keeping facial characteristics same as she changes hair styles, blonde to brunette etc.

Re: Salon des Refuses: April Does Television As an artistic dilatante who sits around waiting for the next co04 post to critique I have derelict in my duties. So...faces are better and much more diverse. Nice bra line on the ribbed halter-top sweater (something I could never do). Nice abs (has she been working out since last we saw her?). I still like the (comic-style) dark outline lines. Catwoman pose is classic cheesecake - slightly bent at the waist with with a delicate feminine left hand. What's in the (great) Fridge? [Fridge / sportscar trivia: The Nash-Healey sportscar happened when Donald Healey met the head of Kelvinator Refrigerators (and Nash Motors) on and oceanliner and they drew up plans.

Re: Salon des Refuses: April Does Television The content might be PG, but methinks the costume brings about a more rigid rating.

Re: Salon des Refuses: April Does Television Although the show is primarily fanboy fare, I imagine that kiddies could watch it, too. Or at least most of it. The content tends to fall into PG-G rated stuff.

Re: Salon des Refuses: April Does Television Excellent narrative set up. For those not familiar with Miss Fewels M.O. and past performances, I strongly suggest checking out all co_04 works. As this not only sets up the hilarity of the - as Bio put it - "stand alone" images, but also stays true to the entire character of Miss April. (Side note, hmmm...miss april, yeah, I could see a centerfold in this babe, definite Hefner Qualifications...but I digress) Anyway, co_04 here certainly has a knack for the artwork: Gorgeous curves, Incredible composition, and Fantastic coloring...as well as unbelievable uniqueness of originality. (yes, that was redundant on purpose) But what viewers may not see, unless they frequent his work, is the amount of detail put into the character herself. The prose and set-ups of his pics all are as well thought out as the pic itself. So not only are the babes more than ogle worthy, but each pic builds upon the previous ones. Again, I suggest checking them all out. Now that the public service announcement is over... Mister co, simply put, this ROCKS! (I like the RetroFreeze, too, very "Leave it to Beaver" style. It adds innocence to the TV show's would be character, had it not been canceled prematurely. Ahhh, but isn't that always the case, the best shows end too soon...)

Re: Salon des Refuses: April Does Television First of all these are probably stand alone images. Second... they are amazing... Holy Crap!
I love the image with the mouse puppet in the fridge, and April in the cat outfit. April's pose is so damn perfect, it deserves it's own post bubba. Here is another one I will stare at over and over... Great Work!!!
