Still trying to think of a name that hasn't been used for the 10,000 other bumblebee themed characters - lotza luv.

she's hot as hell! but i don't really see villain in this design [maybe its the hair..maybe its the sweet innocent smile]. if she was mine..i'd give her darker hair and maybe a cape. depending on whether shes a physical villain or not.

The costume is very nicely done and a very great design here. Hair is a little too yellow for my taste, but still the character as a whole very great!
