Back in the 1040s Johnny Quick was the second fastest man alive. Although he was never faster than the Flash, he never had a hard time holding his own. He was a founding member of the All Star Squadron. After he retired, he married the original Liberty Belle and she gave birth to a daughter who would grow up to be Jesse Quick.

I agree... he's also got two ears on one side of his head and a somewhat disjointed left forearm. (glad to see the ear fixed anyway )

he's a little more muscular than I remember him being. You didnt' choose a typical model for a character with super speed.
