Other than the egdes, the ONLY thing that bothers me on this image are her eyes. She looks like she is strung out on something. When you made hers eyes mo blue, it brought out the red. She needs some Visine. HA.

Other than those two tiny nit-picks, I would say this is AWESOME!

Time for a bit of a nitpick from me. First thing I notice is the shadowing on the cotton ball thingies is all over the place,hard to tell where your light source is coming from. Second, the edges (noticed the most on the red) are a little pixelated from where you removed the background after completing the costume. After you do that in the future, you may want to either go over those edges with the vector tool, or smooth them out a little.

Yeah, this is really good! That is a great choice of base image. Good work on the costume too, especially the wrist fans. Nitpick: the diamonds should curve more to match her shape and that of the wrinkles.
