This is Roxy, the sinister sister of the band manager, Ezra.  She is a descendant of witches from Salem and practices her own version of witchcraft against the Supervixens  - who she hates - but every spell she uses against them ends up backfiring.  She has a whole goth/S&M thing going on and id rarely seen without her Raven, Edgar.   she has summoned a demon but it has gotten out of control and wants to kill her.
