frankly im not overly concerned about how 'heavy you draw' or how 'feminine his waist looks' or how 'lop-sided his face' may be..what bugs me most is that you didnt center him. you can get away with waist-high shots but when you start leaving off apendages..well thats just wrong.
While everyone else looks at this and tells you how feminine his waist looks, I'm going to look at your technique. You're coming along with the shading but I am seeing a lack of blends and highlights. Particularly, in his face, shoulders, legs and arms... stop drawing so damned heavy too. You can get cleaner lines if you focus on being a little more light handed.
