The Inhuman's Medusa in the outfit she wore in Amazing Spider-Man #62 (June, 1968). Interesting fact: John Romita originally made this new costume for her but it was only used this once. I think it's because the Bullpen thought that the 'X' on the front combined with her long red hair would cause some readers to confuse her with the X-Men's Jean Grey. At least that's my theory.
