oh there he is. almost missed him. might i suggest adding a distant light with low illumination to act as a light source from either the moon or stars. it would help to bring NW out a little more and keep him from blending into the shadows.

I felt that too, I'm having issues with night lighting. Any tips or suggestions would be helpful and appreciated.

A few things about this. Too dark, to the point you almost lose Nightwing in the image. Also, while I like the bat signal as part of the background, I think there could be too much of the background. It wants to take even more of the focus off the character.
