Cardano was once a highly populated world full of sentient life. None know where the entire population went but researchers have uncovered evidence that leads them to believe that the entire population disappeared all at once and without warning.  The IGFW has quarantined this planet and it is illegal to set foot on it without a permit. Emergency landings may be permitterd but are ill advised. Archaological teams have determined that the people who once lived here were a species of female humanoids who possibly reproduced asexually although research has discovered that 2 females are required. it is possible that the species was someform of evolved plant like the Eant, or the Floamph, but as none are around any longer it is difficult to prove. Subterranean exploration is slated to be underway soon but has been held op by opposition from naturalists who wish to leave to planet be.  Magical investigations are not allowed at this time and anyone caught using Divination magic within orbit of or on the surface of the planet faces stiff jail time and possible removal of spell ability for several years. Obviously as a quarantined planet it is off limits to all IGFW citizens.
