Re: Poison Ivy By Winterhawk While this pic does well to capture Ivy's seductive nature it's the insights in your poem that really convey her motives.

Re: Poison Ivy By Winterhawk dk, I did write the poem on this one.
Also jover. the marks on her leg were on the base picture and looked like birthmarks or something i thought about removing them them but figured no one would notice.

Re: Poison Ivy By Winterhawk Very nice! I like the extreme colors, and the poem is perfect for Ivy, excellent work on the leaf texture as well. One very minor critique, there are a few small specks on her leg, possibly caused by another layer? Or maybe the model had some marks on her leg. What do I know.

Re: Poison Ivy By Winterhawk Quote: i wanted my manipulation style in the pictures to represent the different way the characters look at the world. I kind of wanted the image to reflect a certain uncomfortableness with reality. That's heavy stuff. BTW: you wrote the poem?

Looks great - My only comment is the colours look a little vivid and artificial. Otherwise, great concept and Ivy looks suitably leafy. ;) That is what i was going for. i did not realy want it to look real. The joker manip and this one are about the insanity of these characters, and i wanted my manipulation style in the pictures to represent the different way the characters look at the world. I kind of wanted the image to reflect a certain uncomfortableness with reality. sort of a almost real but not quite there look to it.

Re: Poison Ivy By Winterhawk ya'know I like this conceptual stuff. It makes for a complete picture.. more than just a manip. Keep peppering us with these.
