This is a real quickie I did because I haven't seen any manips of this character. I put him against this casino background mainly for the zany colors and dizzying camera angle.  The Heckler was a short-lived DC series written and drawn by the great Kieth Giffen.  I may go back and fiddle with this figure a little more, but i just felt like posting... as always, comments welcome.

I got a couple of comedian friends who would hate this guy,other than that good job,nice choice of backgrounds!
