 Looker by Heroglyph
One of the moderators forwarded me this messaage. Apparently it is from the original creator of the character. Pretty cool.

Mike W. Barr submitted the following Information:

Dear Heroglyph: I am the creator of the "Looker"
character, and wanted to tell you
how great a job I thought your photomanip was. I'm
glad someone remembers her, as
she seems to have fallen out of vogue at DC nowadays
(kinda like me!). I also liked
your "Dagger" manip -- what were the sources of the
two manips? Are they stored on
Heromorph? Anyway, thanks again.

Best, MWB

Very nice.
She is from Batman and Outsiders that appeared in the mid 80s.

Heroglyph, you, Optical and Winterhawk (and some of the others) all have this way, this style so to speak, of doing rounded seams and costume edges... I feel like it's a School, like Impressionism... Have I been looking at Manips for that long, that I can categorize them into School styles? Wack...

She definitely could use a burger or two - I can't think of another Manip where the character was so _gaunt_. But a great job! You colored her hair, yes?

Her costume had blue circles around her eyes which could have been either a glued on mask or face paint. Not sure which. I went for the facepaint. Glad you like it.
