Re: Batgirl I think it is important that artists take their time and not rush their work, that why this is only my third piece in nearly a year since I came across this site. I'm thinking of turning these works I've done into a 'Heroines of DC' series. I've done WW, SG and BG and I've already got my next project in mind, I'll leave it as a suprise as to who it is.
And re the nipples, I think there were nipples on the B&R Batgirl suit, but I purposely didn't reference that suit at all, mostly because I hate that film.

Re: Batgirl This work probably benefitted from your taking breaks, i.e. working on it off and on, recharging your batteries, renewing interest, etc. I think that a lot of artists on this site (myself included) start a project and then rush to "get it over with and posted". My resolution for 2007 is to take time and not try to turn out so many pieces, but to try and do a smaller number of better ones.
Your Batgirl is awesome. There was a big hullabaloo over the Batman and Robin costumes having nipples on them. I can't remember if Alicia Silverstone's costume had nipples or not... but if it did, I am sorta glad you left them off.
A 10 in my book!

This is a perfect statement for why photomaniping and sites like Heromorph are so great. You get to see:
- Comic book characters brought to life
- Good (or at least interesting) casting choices
- New takes on costumes
- A showcase for people with great ideas and talent
Now, if only Hollywood had half the talent of people such as yourself.
