man i don't know what you guys are referring to by "ammo clips". do you mean the "teeth" on the skull? i've always seen them depicted as either a crazy-big belt buckle, or sometimes white pouches. but never clips...

What's wrong with it? Not much, actually. Nice job. I like the raised skull, and the texture on the black makes it look like he's wearing something a bit thicker than spandex, more like body armor, which suits the character well. The ammo clips in the front look a little flat, and the shading on the pouches doesn't quite match the figure, but that's not always easy to correct on found objects. I would have thrown a shadow on his body to match the shadows on the pouches (slightly above the pouches), and I probably would have burned the one on the far right a little darker since it's under his arm.
