Re: An attempt at Venom Looks good, but the clashing of the background texture and that on his body sort of takes from it a little making him look as mentioned before a little flat.

Re: An attempt at Venom Re: Working that texture in photoshop, I didn't do it with this one. But I have worked with a differnt texture for supergirl, start it out large, and then use the spherize, or bloat tool in photoshop and spherize the center, the take the texture and transform it down, after that apply it as an overlay, it should work ok. At least I think so, take a look at the most recent supergirl I did in the top. Hope that helps.

Re: An attempt at Venom Nice! I'm not sure how to work that freakin texturizer in photoshop and make it look good. But you've got it pretty close. It still tends to flatten out a bit though.
Definitely a menacing and close likeness to the Eddie Brock from the comics!
