A friend requested I do a pic of Wonder Woman. I feel the head is too big and the waist is probably too narrow.

If you are going for a realistic drawing then yes the head is a little big and the waist a little small but as the others stated if you are going for a cartoon or anime style it works just fine.

I like this and think you did a great job on the drawing and the colors.

This is a somewhat cartoony style. Exact-ness is never something very important in this style.
