I wanted to do something a bit different with the Surfer that kinda showed how alone he is, although he's able to soar to any place in the galaxy and has these great powers, he still seems very alone and still lives with the burden of having been the herald of Galactus and the memory of those worlds dying by his hand . . . . with his look I wanted to try something a little different than what's been done in the comics with the usual Light blue and black line and instead opted for his body reflections to kinda reflect the stars and space also I wanted to give him a more "alien" appearance by elongating his neck a bit. I just wanted him to look like he was floating effortlessly in space just thinkin' about s#!t.

This one's for the FF2 contest!

Impressive... really impressive!
If someday they want to do another SS cartoon, they should pay attention to this design.

By the way, I didn't like the size of these stars but that's me.
