All of these are great, obviously. You do have a very Milleresque style, which looks real good. With this particular pic though, I've gotta say I really think the fringe of the hair should be visible on the other side of her face, or maybe the outline of her neck and ear. Or something. That area just looks really empty to me.

Of course, it's still several hundred times better than I can draw...
