Guilty as charged -- I had it on it's own layer and toned it down along with the opacity...

As far as the background - I created that from scratch....

really nice background you picked out webgeek. only problem I see is with the surfer himself, you did a plastic wrap filter didn't you? You can tell if you look just under the knee caps, they kinda puff out and highlight. However, not too far from my original color on this piece.... if I can find the disk its on...I'll post it.
