Following the news of Tobey Maguire no longer wanting to do the role of Spiderman after the third movie, I decided to do this tribute in the style of Spiderman 3 movie versions of Spidey/Peter but as the cover of The Amazing Spider-Man #50.

Nice Tribute!

Yeah, always surprizes me that the roles some star want to dump and not play are the roles that made them famous?
I think that is why the makers of movies as these should always strive to find unknown to play them as they were never quazzi stars to begin with and might stay playing and supporting the roles that made they!

Long live Christopher Reeve in our minds!

Sorry about the long rant!

Cool drawing and nice job getting the texture of the suit down. While Dopey wouldn't have been my choice to play Spidey, I think he carried the character quite well in the movies.
