Helena Wayne was the original Huntress. She was the daughter of the earth-2 Batman and Catwoman. DC killed her off and recreated her as Helena Bertinelli. She's still badass but has no relation to the modern day Batman or Catwoman.

Originally created on earth 1 by T.O. Morrow to destroy the JSA the android became inhabited by the elemental Ulthoon's Tornado Champion persona. After turning against his creator and rescuing both the JSA and the JLA he became a member of the Justice Society in good standing.
