Fearless Flamingo is the co-leader of the Animals who works along with Kool Wolf in piloting the gang to doing good for their world, and it's very appropriate that he is indeed a pilot! 
(Also, a bit of behind the scenes info about this character. The majority of this group of characters are actually quite old, having been created in 1995, but this guy and Hot Dawg, are new creations that I just made up now. I did this because, I needed to add two extra characters to make their numbers even with the Creatures, their rivals. Another thing with this guy is that the reason that he is a flamingo is that, Game Bird, another member of this team, was originally such a bird, but I did not feel that him being such an animal really matched to his name, so I decided to make him a different kind of water fowl that more appropriately fit, and he became a black swan, while this new character became the flamingo.) |

He was told they had a special purpose for him.
So he thought who was he to argue with a cosmic Intelligence?
But the Aliens then told him the Best man for the job was a woman.
All will be clear when the transition is done they said.
He was restrained and passed out thinking about what they said?
It was not till he woke did he understand the meaning of what happened. |

| Strange Smiley is the member of the Smiley family from the future, and his name, and job title at least come from a combination of"Doctor Strange" and "Doctor Who," but that's where the similarities and inspirations end because he really has more in common with "Rip Hunter" than either of those two. Although there are supposed to be others with his occupation, I have yet to really create any of these "D.O.C.T.O.R.s" other than him, so I haven't decided if his suit is a standard uniform or just his own unique look among them. I just wanted to give him a regular futuristic jumpsuit style with his initials etched on his belt. For his face, I just went with another variation of the plain "yellow smiley face" with his more angular mouth coupled with the fancy headset and a mop of parted hair just because I thought it looked cool. |

Been playing a wicked amount of Killer Instinct on my laptop lately, got the wheels turning, and I came up with an idea for a monster-based combo-fighter of my own, thought I'd showcase some of the more passible concepts my poor addled mind birthed forth. |

The second-in-command of the Anizonz behind Dust Bunny. She is one of a race or dog-like mutants from the planet Stoneton in the CSCU, it is the same world that one of the characters of the Super-Mutant Nine, Kole Rock Head, is also from. Coincidentally, Rock Head is also the second-in-command of his team, and her bio here explains that he was something of a mentor to her, so she has somewhat followed in his footsteps to co-lead her own team. One thing that I did not explain in the bio though is why she is called "Terrier." Well, it's just simply that's the kind of dog that she is based on, no more no less, and her full real name of Kerry Airedale Bedlington is made up of the names of various breeds of terriers.  |

| This poor unfortunately named guy comes from the rather insulting term that has often been hurled at many a dog just trying to get some attention or perhaps protect their home only to get shooed away or worse along with the insult. However, upon creating this character, I just ran with it, and he really is a complete imbecile. This poor pooch is very lovable in spite of his sheer stupidity though and only lives to serve. |

'She stole my Body to use for the three Summer Months' (maybe)
She said that I should shave and get rid of my facial hair but
the Estrogen in her body would take care of that for the rest of
the summer months now that our body's genders were changed?
She had Swapped our bodies while I slept with some old world lost incantation
that she had found at a market Bazaar in the middle East which she had
committed to memory before setting them afire so no one but her knew the spell.
She had said it would only be for the summer months when I woke up after the
change,that is she said if I don't behave or she happen to like doing what is
going do this all summer long?
If that was the case I'd better get used to being a female then.
This might be a long summer or different life?

As I recall we were given the challenge to conceive of an animated series/project, akin to a Saturday morning kids show... Or maybe that was just my interpretation (2009 is quite a few drinks ago, after all). Fortunately I kept their synopsis' on file, so I can still present them each intact with their concepts.
Anyways, here is the first of the five concepts I developed...

Cover for a manga that does not exist. And given how long it took me to complete just this, never will!
The concept came after casually browsing the managa shelves at a big comics store for memorable titles, then altering them slightly and trying to figure out what it would be about.
Thus the misadventures of an mostly female firm supplyng water coolers and bottled water, with a sideline in industrial espionage / crime fighting / saving the world from alien invasion.
Another title I'm considering is Black Butter. (It's a tough one!)

| Smarty Fly is the super genius of the Animals gang. Every good team needs one, and he's their guy. With his brains he could be doing a lot more than just hanging around with the Animals and being stuck in one place, and I've mentioned it in the bio above, but what I also say is that while he could leave them and do so much more, he would also be very lonely and he values his friendship with the others much more than any desire to explore and learn more about the universe. So, he dutifully sticks with them to help them do what is good for his world and stays always the dreamer that someday his friends might be able to join him in his dreams. |

| As I noted in my comments about Fearless Flamingo, Game Bird here was originally the one who was a flamingo when I first created him back in 1995. However, since I like for my characters to have more than one meaning to their names, it didn't make much sense for a flamingo to be called a game bird, since birds that are hunted for game are chickens, ducks, quails, etc. and not flamingos. I could have just made him another rooster or duck, but I felt like those kinds of birds are too common in cartoons, so I decided to go with a black swan since it was different and it also allowed me to keep him with a similar design to his original look as a flamingo that ended up going to Fearless. He keeps the long skinny legs and neck while now being in line with what a game bird is, however, in my usual way of using word play, he is of course not hunted for game, but is rather an individual who hunts for games to play himself and is the undisputed master at it. |
