| Avengers Forever! Kev_Incal Marvel Comics 2005/3/7 19:53 4655 12
Besides being my favorite Avengers story of all time, Avengers Forever was drawn by one of my favorite artists, the masterful Carlos Pacheco! If you don't know the story, AF is about 7 Avengers selected from different points in history (including the future) to save reality itself. Very cool story with tons of characters and great art - definitely worth picking up. I'll post the casting when I find it... |

| Inhuman Decision Kev_Incal Marvel Comics 2005/2/28 8:49 2997 9
This is my Justin Theroux (Mulholland Drive) as Blackbolt manip that some of you might already recognize. Someone else had originally posted it here but Biker Bot thought it would be better if I were the one to post it so, le voila!
When I read the Jenkins/Jae Lee Inhumans maxiseries I knew I wanted to manip uber-baddass Blackbolt. |

| 70s Saturn Girl Kev_Incal DC Comics 2005/2/28 8:49 4856 5
Hmm...judging by the number of hits on my two newly post Legionnaires, I'd say female manips are more popular here, eh? I guess then I'll go ahead and post this Naomi Watts as 70s disco Saturn Girl. SG comes equipped with large pink...gloves and a different coloring style than what i normally use to give it that fuzzy, oversaturated look.

| LoSH: Ultra Boy Kev_Incal DC Comics 2005/2/28 8:48 3649 4
Here's Sean Faris as Ultra Boy. In Waid and Kitson's new Legion of Super-Heroes book, he's a bit of a punk - then again that's kinda of a UB quality so I guess that's understandable I like that they kept the costume relatively the same.

| LoSH: Dream Girl Kev_Incal DC Comics 2005/2/28 8:48 5008 12
I finished our C2F/Heromorph crossover piece and still felt like manipping so I finished this Dream Girl piece I'd been working on. Waid and Kitson's new Legion of Super-Heroes book is getting better by the issue and I like their new take on Dream Girl - a spacey precog who's also a good fighter because she anticipates her opponents moves. I'll try to post more stuff...

An oldie but a goodie, here's my interpretation of Morrison and Quitely's New X-Men. |

| LoSH: Light Lass Kev_Incal DC Comics 2004/11/2 21:45 4104 5
Mark Waid and Barry Kitson are launching a new era for the Legion of Super-Heroes and designs and details are slowly trickling out. The new Legion of Super-Heroes book is described as this indie-rock youth movement where teens from 1000 years in the future look back at the Age of Heroes (the present) and try to emulate their spirit and heroism. I thought it was time to start a new Legion series of manips with this indie-rock vibe (hence the bright colors and graphic design). Here is the Elizabeth Bogush (The Mountain) as the reinvented Light Lass. The new Legion debuts in late December... |

| Harley Kev_Incal DC Comics 2004/10/25 22:44 3362 6
Here is my friend Iina as Harleen Quinzelle, better known as Harley Quinn. Its quite fuzzy. |

Here is the Legion of Substitute Heroes - the 'bottom of the barrel' so to speak who didn't make the cut and get on the Legion of Superheroes. Casting:Gregory Smith as Polar Boy Seth Green as Chlorophyll Kid Matthew Lillard as Stone Boy Paris Hilton as Infectious Lass Rachel Bilson as Night Girl

| Xorn Kev_Incal Marvel Comics 2004/8/15 23:53 3240 5
Here's Xorn from Grant Morrison's New X-Men. He was a new X-Man for a bit but then he really turned out to be...well you really should read Morrison's run if you haven't already :) |

| Legion: Dreamer Kev_Incal DC Comics 2004/8/12 0:17 4749 7
The Legion (Legion of Superheroes) is an awesome book that I got in to a couple of years ago. Here's a manip of Elisha Cuthbert as Dreamer, aka Dream Girl, that I made a couple of months ago. |

| X3: Psylocke Kev_Incal TV and Movies 2004/8/10 22:45 5601 9
This took me forever to finish because I kept playing around with lighting and with the background/frame for the series. Here's Zhang Zi-Yi as Psylocke. I figure with the X-Men down a telepath/telekinetic after X2, they're gonna need some new brainpower for the team. Enter Elizabeth Lee Braddock, the Brit born, psy-blade wielding newest member of the X-Men. Throw in some new romantic tension between Bets, Scott, and Logan and you've got yourself a sequel! |
