Ok, so I have been trying to get inspiration for my next manip, but I'm stuck.
So, while waiting I've been searching my old cartoon collection for said inspiration.
(Yes, I watch cartoons, you got a problem with that? We can take it outside...)
Anyway, reminiscing over the 90's X-Men, I have been playing around in Daz Studio
studying the fascinating areas of light and shadow, posing and props.
And I decided to work on this version of the mutant from Xavier's School.
The gals are all versions of Victoria 4.2
Gambit is Michael 3, and the other two are Michael 4

well i'm just going to come clean here,this pic had some errors,that i missed,when i saved and opened up in photoshop,then i spoted them,but i for some reason can't get my pzs to open back up if v4 is in them  and if i save the character in my figures lyb all hell breaks lose when i try to add that v4 character into a scene.thats only if she has the bodysuit on,it goes all crazy and i have to close poser and reopen,but enuff bout my tech props,i liked the pic so i photoshoped the hell out of it,thats why theres fog,  but nort why did'nt you just redo it,well i put hours into posing her on the roof and was burnt out  |

The image is a little darker than I would have liked but I think I captured the essence of the classic cover. god I hate working with the light settings in poser. once you get the lighting just right in the preview page the renderer f#@ks it up.
I am still working on building the chrome gargoyles that should be at the bottom of the image so I left them out.

I finally present; Emma Frost, a.k.a "The White Queen". She's long been one of my favorite Marvel characters, ever since her role in the Hellfire club and the Phoenix Saga. I even have some original comic pages featuring Emma from that series.
This is another piece that took weeks to finish. I ended up 3D modelling her twice, rendering her in a several different poses, and tried a dozen different backdrops. Then began the HEAVY repainting.
I'd like to credit Vexiphne for the body morphs and textures (Saibha and Allison) and the bodice from Hongyu (it's a mix of two different ones). The boots are from the V4 shoe pack, the gloves and panty are the V4 bodysuit with a transmap, her face is a heavy repaint and the hair is done from scratch. The chair and consoles are from Stonemason and Beyondbent. |

| I just realized I never posted this one on Heromorph, and it seems worthy. M3 as all the Spidermen with Sharby's textures (modified by me) with the exception of the movie version textures as those are Kreatybo. V4 as Mary-Jane, and V3 as Spiderwomen. The set is Stonemason's Backstreets. Only postwork is Spidey's webline. Rendered in Bryce 6. Comments always welcome. |

but all of these babes love to scrap. Nothing pleases these four more like a little "hand to hand combat."
All are V4.2, all are morphed with the Shi-Na complete pack (HMDC)

All outfits are made from V4 bodysuits accessorized by a multitude of DAZ outfits mixed and matched with homemade transparencies and texture maps. |
