outpost worlds have their renegades and outlaws and Billy Takahashi is one such outlaw. Not a viscous killer mind you but just a guy who likes to do things his way. A rule breaker who enjoys loud music, hot women and fast rides. He often finds himself involved in the plight of the downtrodden and has no compulsion against fighting the "system" for the little guy. Gen-E is his faithful combat drone custom modified with many "questionable" and most likely illegal mods and programs she is them match of any military drone even the latest state of the art models
