Well, here's my second attempt. I did cut alot of corners since I was short on time. I know, Supergirl's cape looks kinda fake, and Spidey, well, let's just say that I've still gotta lot to learn. The webing on his suit was taking me too long so I just left it out. I chose a honeycomb pattern to try and imitate the real spidey suit. Sure, I could've just found a pic of the real suit and pasted it to the image but I'd rather keep practicing with creating the suit from scratch. Well, let me know how I can improve. Thanks for any suggestions...
Yup... time equals quality. When I am in a maniping mood, my manips will take up to two months to complete. SO... don't rush.
The girl is pretty good. Spidey... he has some work that needs to be done. First, loose the white halo around his body. I think that what is making him so flat looking. But it is still a pretty good job. Just needs some work.
I agree, there is no such thing as taking too long on a picture. By the way, the Supergirl costume is interesting and different. I don't remember every seeing anything else like it.
Lesson #1. There is no such thing as too long. Everyone here has a fondness for saying "The longer you take, the better it looks" My 2nd manip took me 2 weeks. That WildCATS pic I colored took an entire month. And I'm still not satisfied with them.
