Ok, this sort athing happened to me for a while when I first began using CS2. After you select to save as a JPEG, another box should come up with a slider bar. It's asking what level of image quality you would like to save the JPEG as. Slide it all the way to your right (the highest quality). That did it for me. Hopefully that'll work.

I have no idea what that is.... I just can't get rid of it.... It got to the point where I'd fix a pic, or so I thought... I'd save it as a jpeg and then the next time I open it, It's all jigged up.... I personally think it's my pc, so I have just given up on that factor.... any suggestions????

A bit pixelated and the hands and feet really look hand drawn. Might I suggest an easier way? duplicate the model layer, use the pen tool to select (say the hands), copy/paste. Erase the ring finger and middle finger. Now select the copied hand layer, go to tranform, and play with the warp and/or distort features to make the fingers fat like nightcrawlers and to bring the two thicker fingers closer together. Then clean up with the smudge tool and blur tool. Just use the same principles for the other hand and both feet. And that should do it. Hope that helps.
