If I were a comic book character this is probably who I'd be. He's a very powerful telepath(Professor Xavier level)who has also been diagnosed with clinical depression. He is able to force the symptoms of depression onto other people. In extreme situations he can even cause a person to kill his or herself. Needless to say he's a villain but I hesitate to call him evil. He's not out to hurt anyone and will actually stop others from doing so. He would only be classified as a villain because he's so sick of the world's insanity that he tends to try to take it upon himself to change people's minds. Usually against their will. Which is of course tampering with our God given right to be idiots. Earning him the title of wrong doer. I'm not real keen on the greenish color but my first impulse, to make him a blueish, had him looking too much like Cobra Commander. Which he still does anyway.
