Ok, I admit to really hating that last picture I did of Dr. Gloom. The hood made him look way too much like Cobra Commander, actually the whole outfit did that now that I think about it. So I came up with this new design for him. I liked the idea of a featureless mask of some kind. People with no faces have always seemed creepy to me and I sort of want that vibe for him. The mask is basically a helmet made of some kind of material like a two way mirror but more durable. The problem I encountered there is that his breath would fog up the inside of it so I added the wire mesh covered hole near the bottom for him to breath out of. Plus I think it would be a cool image to see his breath coming out of there if he's in cold surroundings. Anyway, I like this design alot better than the last one.
