Cathryn and I tried some painting again last night. I feel like I should paint something other than superheroes but I'm intimidated by painting so I fall back to subjects I'm comfortable with. I know, I know, it should have a background but bear with me. First things first. I have to get comfortable simply with painting before I can try to add backgrounds. The character has no name. He's just an easy painting subject.

Painting is no different than Photoshop... except that you don't have ctrl+z to fix a mess up!
Looks real nice! Good job. Until I read your description I thought it was another digital image.
