Re: Countdown to Smackdown I make my speach bubble in photoshop useing paths, fill path with White and then a single pixel stroke of black around the shape.

Re: Countdown to Smackdown I "would" have asked who Cammy is... until I caught the Capcom copyright notice and that answered everything.
As for the image itself, they're all so damn cute looking, although Buster does look a bit young (not sure if that can be changed though unless you stich to Michael or somesuch).
Now the text bubbles I can help with, I'd recommend using Illustrator to make the shapes, and the lettering as well, then import the results into Photoshop as a smart object over your art layer.
