Here's the color version of my illustration, hues courtesy of Katrina Mae Hao.

And yes, the "big head" effect on the figure was deliberate.  The person who commissioned it wanted me to give it more of a Dean Yeagle "Mandy" flavor...

You pulled off the Yeagle style combo with your own talents very well here. I immediately saw a little Mandy in this before I even read the description.
