Re: Doctor Who??? I really dig this! Both could truly be The Doctor as you have included elements of the past. The lady Doctor reminds me of a lot of Colin Baker wit dashes of Traughton, Davidson, a Tom Baker. The male reminds me of the professorial Hartnell with hints of Pertwee and McCoy. Excellent!

Absolutely fabulous choices for fabrics on the outfits, too.
great use of the call booth and portal as background, perfect color choice there to make the main characters pop.
And the detail of the characters, from the hairstyle, clothing styles and patterns right down to the hair on their heads and faces.
Subtle shadows on the suits and facial features that give character to these characters.
Very well done.
Oh, yeah, and GREAT to see ya back, too!

Re: Doctor Who??? They both have a very Doctorish look about them, the woman moreso than the man. Back during Doctor Who's wilderness years, I came across a series of fanfilms made in the Seattle area that featured a woman in the role of The Doctor. They were being aired on the public access station there. They were pretty good as such things go.
