He looks a lot better with the coat but you left out the best part of the first pic: ROGUE!

Good job, Billy! You're really improving a lot. The coat looks really good, apart maybe from the wrinkles on the part over his right leg. The sleeves are great. Costuming looks good too. I'd bump up the contrast a bit more but that's just me.
