i really don't know anything about this character, but i thought the costume looked cool...the cape(according to who drew the ref pics, looked like a living thing to me...) anyway, just some more practice, hope ya'll enjoy, and please let me know what ya'll think!

Great Work Billy. there are only a few things I see: 1, The reflective light on the neck piece,to me would not have the seam and cloth on the same level of reflectiveness. 2. Maybe lose the solid white backgrounds as it brings out the pixelation of the edges like I had mentioned before.
